What is the return policy?

Custom pieces such as hand stamped or a specific length are non-returnable. All other items that have not been customized must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original thistle and thatch jewelry packaging within 30 days of receiving the jewelry. The customer is responsible for shipping the package back to thistle and thatch jewelry and will be credited in full with the deduction of the initial shipping cost. do you make repairs to broken thistle and thatch Jewelry?

Yes, as long as the pieces were purchased through thistleandthatchjewelry.com.  Pieces purchased from any of our retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy.  Any jewelry that incurs damages within 3 months of purchase may be returned for repair free of charge. after 3 months, all repairs are subject to a fee. Repairs such as chain lengthening or shortening or repairs due to customer error will be subject to a fee.  Repairs are at the customer's expense in addition to shipping fees. 

-Repair fees will incur a $5 service charge plus the cost of materials, labor and shipping.

To inquire about a custom piece, please contact christina via email at thistleandthatch@gmail.com. Prices for custom pieces completely depend on the complexity of the piece and what metal and stones will be used. The time involved in designing and constructing the piece also play a role.
